Mid-Way Airport

 Mid-Way Regional Airport Manager Andy Biery presents the winning bid to the Waxahachie city council for the runway extension project.

The previous week in Midlothian Biery presented the same contract to their city council in addition to admitting the total spent was $14 million dollar so far.
