Ellis County Observer publisher Joey Dauben has been arrested in Plymouth, New Hampshire and is currently being held by Plymouth police department.
Bail is reportedly set at $500,000 after being reduced from $1.4 million. He is expected to be extradited to Texas where he faces felony charges.
