Marijuana Farm Seized

Ellis County air unit discovered a marijuana farm located at the Trinity River bridge south of Hwy 34 in the Trinity River bottoms Sunday, Aug. 16. Ellis County Sheriff’s Office estimated more than 5,000 plants were being grown in nine plots totaling $8 million.
