Tire Blow Out results in I45 fatality

David Jose Osorio, 25, was pronounced dead at the scene after his red Toyota Tundra pickup rolled down into a culvert smashing the passenger’s side of the roof and breaking his neck. A blown tire was the apparent cause of the single vehicle accident Friday, May 29 around 6:30 p.m. near northbound mile marker 259 in Palmer. His body was transferred by East Texas Medical to Baylor Hospital in Dallas.
