Horse killed in 2 vehicle accident

ITALY – A horse was struck and killed in a two vehicle accident Tuesday morning , May 26 according to Ellis County Sheriff’s office.
The incident, located off Interstate 35 North bound at Derrs Chapel Road, is under investigation.
The owner of the horse was contacted and TxDOT picked up the animals remains.
