Three Red Oak Police officers, federal agents from Homeland Security, Department of Defense, the U.S. Army and two from Texas Civil Defense participated in an advanced tactical pistol and shotgun course. The event, held Sunday, March 22 near Ferris, was hosted by the Red Oak Police Department. Each year, U.S. Small Arms Training School donates two training sessions a year to local law enforcement, according to Michael S. Dikovitsky, director. For more information call 469-222-8740.
