Burn Ban Lifted

By order of the Commissioners Court of Ellis County, Texas, in their special meeting held March 20, 2009, be it ordered that:

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, the ban on all burning of any materials including trash, waste or any other outdoor fire, enacted on 1/26/09, minute order 115.09 has been WITHDRAWN
