Alvarado, a registered sex offender, has allegedly been " messing around" with younger co-workers at the various family friendly restaurants he has worked at in and around the surrounding area.
One incident, with a then 16 year old girl at an area Sonic, he assured the manager "nothing inappropriate was going on".
The 16 year old is the daughter of the owner at Miller's Automotive in Ennis.
Alvalrado's then manager Judy Pennington, said she had both of them reprimanded and her superior was notified.
" If I had known about his status in the beginning I would never have hired him, I'm very concerned he's out there" said Pennington.
Rev. John Nunez ( who was in the process of adopting Alvarado), an Anglican bishop in the Dallas County area, pleaded with The Ellis County Press that his son not be removed from sex offender status Friday.
