YR shake-up

Bobby Copeland is out as chairman of the Ellis County Young Republicans and David Tidwell is in. Copeland, who is back in town from his internship at the Republican National Committee headquarters in Washington, D.C., joined the Constitution Party of Ellis County last week. Tidwell, the group’s program director, takes over as chair.
