Broderick Sargents insurance fraud indictment

The documents were delivered to The Ellis County Press' news department this morning, but the third and final document shows that Precinct 1 Democratic county commissioner candidate Broderick Sargent paid the restitution in full.
Sargent, who ran for Precinct 1's spot as a Republican in 2004, faces GOP nominee and incumbent Dennis Robinson on Nov. 4.
