Public Meeting Administrative Judges

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Administrative Judges of Ellis County Community Supervision and Corrections Department and the Ellis County Community Supervision and Corrections Department will be held on Wednesday, April 30. 2008,  at 8:00 a.m., in the Ellis County Courthouse, 40^th Judicial District Courtroom,, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, Texas, at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to-wit:

            Administrative Judge:                Gene Knize

            Administrative Judge:                Gene Calvert

            CSCD Director:                       Alfred L. Mims Jr.

1.         OPENING MEETING

      1.1       Presiding Judge will call the meeting to order, declare notices                                         legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act.

            1.2       Motion to Open the Meeting

2.         ADMINISTRATIVE

2.1              Consideration and action as may be appropriate for the following:

            a.  To amend the CSCD 2008-2009 Basic Supervision budget

            b.  To approve a contact for substance abuse services

            c.  To approve a budget for grant funds

 3.            ADJOURNMENT
