City of Glenn Heights Annual Spring Clean-Up

The City of Glenn Heights will be hosting the Annual Spring Clean-Up behind the water tower at 2100 S. Uhl Road on the following dates and times:

 

Friday, May 2        8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Saturday, May 3    8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Sunday, May 4      8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

 

Sensitive Document Shredding will be available from 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.  therefore, if you have any sensitive documents that need to be shredded please bring them and watch the process – it takes only a few minutes.

 

Containers will be available for City residents to dispose of household trash and debris at no charge.  There are some items that cannot be disposed of, such as chemicals, fuel, oil, batteries, computer monitors, television tubes, fluorescent light tubes or any toxic or hazardous waste.

 

You may bring brush, tires, lumber, junk, metal, brick, concrete, and other such material.  The Clean-Up is for Glenn Heights’ residents only and you will need proof of residency with identification, including a driver’s license and a water bill.  If you have any questions call 972-223-2107 extension 255.
