ECP reporter threatened

    In this week’s edition of The Ellis County Press, a story about a Palmer official, Mike Greenlee, city councilman and former mayor, has resulted in a reporter being threatened to “have his throat slit.”

    Charles Clark, a Palmer resident and apparent friend of  Greenlee, called ECP reporter Joey Dauben late last night with the threat.
    Charges have been filed with the Ferris Police Department.
