MySpace account gets Glenn Heights man arrested

A convicted sex offender was arrested Thursday, June 7, at his home in Glenn Heights after a conversation with his parole officer and a unit investigator revealed he had an account with the popular networking site, MySpace.
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice issued a warrant for Scott Peter Hansen's arrest for violating the terms of his parole.
Hansen was convicted of aggravated sexual assault in 1983 and sentenced to 25 years in prison; his victim was a 21-year-old woman.
