ELLIS COUNTY - The Staubach Company has been hired by Ellis County to manage the building projects under the $53.8 million bond program that was approved by voters on May 12, 2007.

The Staubach Company will manage the selection process for all professional service consultants and contractors such as, but not limited to, architect, MEP engineer, structural engineer, civil engineer, landscape architect, technology consultant, geo-tech engineer, material testing consultants, environmental engineer, environmental/material test lab, construction manager, technology contractor, furniture/equipment move contractor, asbestos abatement/lead abatement contractor, ect.

Because of the potential magnitude of the phone calls that this project will generate, the county requests that any phone or e-mail inquiries about the bond-related projects be directed to the vice president of the company.

This individual will be able to discuss the schedule and the selection process we will use to secure these services for the county projects. The state has very clear procurement requirements that we will follow to procure these services and the Staubach Company will follow these requirements and maintain the integrity of the selection process along with Ellis County.
