Glenn Heights - The City of Glenn Heights is once again offering its annual amnesty program for those with outstanding municipal warrants. The program began Jan. 1 and will run through March 31.
Those who do participate before the March deadline would have to pay the full amount of the original charges, however the Violation of Promise to Appear warrant will be waived. In many cases this fine could be as much as $310. Individuals participating in the amnesty program would not be arrested on these warrants if they voluntarily appear at the Municipal Court Clerk's office to pay. Those who would like to find out if they have an outstanding warrant, can contact the Glenn Heights Court Clerk's office at 972-223-2107, ext.256.
