Midlothian chamber holds awards celebration Jan. 27

MIDLOTHIAN - The Midlothian Chamber of Commerce will hold the Chamber Awards Dinner and Celebration at 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 27. at the Midlothian Conference Center.
In addition to honoring outgoing members of the chamber's board, the event will take a look at events in 2006 and prepare for 2007. Chamber awards to be presented at the dinner include he Chamber Achi-evement Award, The Gene Page Ambassador Award, The Gene Rodgers Community Service Award and The Small Business Award of Excellence.
Each of these awards recognizes people who have given extra effort to the Chamber, the community and to business.
Key note speaker Kent Hutchison will also be presenting a program titled 'Community Leadership.'
