Red Oak Health holds Festival of Trees

RED OAK - The Red Oak Health and Rehabilitation Center will host the Red Oak Festival of Trees from 3-7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, Friday, Dec.8 and 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9.

Local businesses, organizations and individuals were encouraged to decorate a tree up to eight feet tall or a wreath.

Decorating themes include patriotic, comical, magical, masculine, feminine or elegant.

The trees must be delivered to the rehab center between 10 a.m.- 3 p.m. on Friday.

Trees would be moved to Main Street Plaza after 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9 where they will be sold to the highest bidder from 6:30-8:30 p.m. during Red Oak's 'Christmas in Downtown' celebration.

All proceeds go to the Red Oak Independent School District Education Foundation.
