RED OAK - Police department officials are asking the public to help identify and capture the man who robbed MainBank last week.
According to Chief Donald Fullerton, the suspect is believed to have been in his early 20s and to be about six-foot tall. He also said the suspect could be wanted in connection with an earlier hold-up of Citizens National Bank in Waxahachie.
'We're trying to get citizen support [because] we've collected other physical evidence that will link him to the [MainBank] robbery,' Fullerton said.
The suspect's vehicle, according to Fullerton, was reportedly stolen and evidence was found south of town believed to have belonged to the robber.
The public is urged to contact the Red Oak PD at 972-617-0023 to report any information regarding the robbery.
