WAXAHACHIE — Jason Keese, 25, filed an investigative report Aug. 20 with the Ellis County Sheriff's Office regarding criminal mischief and the theft of an electric meter from his property at 201 Sandy Lane.
Keese alleged the unknown suspect(s) not only took the meter, but cut his phone line, egged his residence, and put three dents in a vehicle with a pellet gun. Losses are estimated at $855.
