Landlord says tenants’ damage intentional

WAXAHACHIE -- Charlie Tricoli filed a report July 24 with the Ellis County Sheriff´s Office alleging his tenants, Jennifer Luna, 20, and Robert O´Neal, 19, intentionally damaged his rental property.
In the report Tricoli said immediately after Luna and O´Neal vacated his property at 5569 C FM 875, he inspected the premises and found severe damage to the walls, doors, windows, fixtures, and other items. Total damages were estimated at $2,700.
