Waxahachie - Parents of a five-year-old female child filed charges June 2 with the Ellis County Sheriff´s Office alleging aggravated sexual assault against Kenneth Wayne Thorne, 23, of Waxahachie.

The parents alleged in the report the child told them Thorne put his hand under her clothing and fondled her, causing pain, while traveling in a vehicle on I-35 in the vicinity of Waxahachie and Milford. The parents reportedly planned to take the child to a physician for examination.

What is wrong with people when someone does something like that to a child they should be locked up forever now let me ask u this if someone does something like that they look at the parents of that child or if they do drug they take the child away and put them in a foster home where that same stuff goes on everyday and don't get me started on CPS they put kids in homes with child molsters they should go to jail too I read about this on the internet alot so ask yourself are our children safe in in the hands of CPS I think not if they don't do a back ground check on people in foster care this will keep happening and to all CPS workers u don't fool anyone by trying to hide this from the public because we can find out just what really goes on we can't even trust u when it comes to our kids so the ones who hurt children aren't just the child molester it's CPS too for not doing their jobs it's the Judges and the lawyers.send them all
to jail too that's where they belong.
