Failure to identify, Bardwell, suspect failed to identify himself to officers.

Resist Arrest search or transport, Bardwell, suspect intentionally used force against a person who was identified as an Ellis County Deputy and prevented an arrest.

Evading arrest detention, 100 block Andrews Road, suspect intentionally fled from a person identified as an Ellis County Deputy who was trying to detain him.

Theft of property greater than $50, less than $500, 800 block Slama Road, suspects unlawfully appropriated complainants property with the intent to deprive the owner of his property, Chickens and goats, $480.

Criminal mischief greater than $50 less than $500, 500 block of McCrady Road, unknown suspect knocked over complainants mailbox and threw it into a field, causing monetary damage as well as a significant inconvenience for the complainant to repair, $50.

Criminal mischief, 3100 block FM 1183, unknown suspects toilet papered complainant’s trees in his front yard, causing him the inconvenience of having to pick up the paper.

Harassment, 100 block Andrews Road, suspect called the complainant on the phone and threatened to kill him if he saw him again. The complainant found these statements to be alarming and harassing.

Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, 200 block Alvis Lane, the suspect used or exhibited a deadly weapon while in the commission of an assault.

Interfere with emergency call, 200 block Alvis Lane, the suspect knowingly prevented another individual’s ability to place an emergency telephone call or to request assistance in an emergency from a law enforcement agency.

Theft greater than $500, less than $1,500 by check PB Serv, 200 block Wester Road, unknown suspect(s) used a unknown tool to cut the fence and unlawfully appropriate property with the intent to deprive the owner of the property. Cameras, conductor wire and fence, $4,800.

Criminal Mischief greater than $50 less than $500, 2700 block North West Main St, unknown suspect(s) entered onto the complainant’s property and used an unknown object to shatter the windshield on the driver’s side of his 1990 Mazda pick-up truck,$300.

Harassment, 400 block Goodwyn Road, suspect called complainant and threatened to kill him causing alarm.

Illegal Dumping greater than 500 pounds, less than 1000 pounds, 7600 block Drew Drive, unknown suspect dumped a truckload of furniture and other items on to the complainant’s property without the owners consent.

Burglary of a vehicle, 5400 Shiloh Forest Drive, suspect did entered complainants vehicle without her consent and stole a GPS, Garmin, $200.

Burglary of habitation, 5200 block Montgomery, reporting person stated that her friends house was burglarized and that the friends laptop computer and printer were stolen. Hp laptop computer and unknown make/model printer, $899.

Burglary of vehicle, 5800 block Judy Drive, entered unlocked vehicle and took listed property. Garmin GPS, Sony Laptop, Apple Ipod, power converter, $3,360.

Public intoxication, FM 664 at Hampton Road, suspect was intoxicated in public and was a danger to himself and others.

Assault by contact, 100 block Southwick, the suspect assaulted the complainant by pushing and kicking her.

Assault causes bodily injury, 900 block Bells Chapel, complainant stated he was assaulted by his landlord’s son who came in the residence unannounced.

Assault threaten bodily injury, 800 block Meadow Lark Road, suspect threatened to cause the complainant bodily injury by attempting to strike her with his fist.

Criminal mischief greater than $50 less than $500, 1000 block of Eastridge Circle, unknown suspect(s) damaged tangible property belonging to another without the effective consent of the owner, $500.

Harassment, 1200 block Jackson Street, suspect calling and texting repeatedly after being notified not to.

Burglary of habitation, 9000 block Norrell , complainant stated that an unknown person broke into his habitation and stole household items. Complainant also reported that the unknown person damaged property outside of the residence. Various items, $1,529.86.

Criminal mischief greater than $500 less than $1,500, 9000 block Norrell, complainant reported that the unknown person had damaged property outside of the residence, $500.

Criminal trespass, 300 block South Jackson, the suspect has entered onto property without consent and had noticed the entry was forbidden.

Harassment, 300 block Becky Lane, the suspect is calling and sending text messages and was told to stop but refuses to do so.

Criminal mischief, greater than $500, less than $1,500, 800 block Lone Elm Road, victim stated that an unknown person in a vehicle had been mudding on his property without permission and knocked down his fence, $1,000.

Theft of property greater than $1,500 less than $20k, 400 block Maumee, unknown suspect(s) unlawfully appropriated property belonging to another without the owner’s effective consent, $2,000.

Duty on striking fixture on Highway landscape $200, 100 block Royal Park Lane, unknown suspect struck complainant’s driveway gate, black iron gate, $200.

Criminal Mischief, 10000 block of Baucum, on 2-6-10 the complainant stated that an unknown person had damaged her mailbox,$20.

Criminal Mischief greater than $50 less than $500,10000 block Baucum, on 2-6-10 complainant stated that unknown person had damaged his mailbox, black in color mailbox w/ wood cover, $50.

Theft of serv greater than $500 less than $1,500, 1000 block Woodridge Drive, suspect took property belonging to complainant without effective consent, 40" Samsung flat screen television black on black, $850.

Criminal Mischief, 10000 block Baucum, complainant stated that sometime between the evening of 2-5-10 and the morning of 2-6-10 that an unknown person had damaged his mailbox, $30.

Motor vehicle theft, 1000 block Honeysuckle, unknown person removed the complainant’s truck without consent, 98 Ford Expedition,$2,500.

Harassment, 600 block Saralvo, listed suspect texted the complainant 17 times.

Assault causes bodily injury family violence, 100 IKE Road, suspect punched and scratched complainant’s face several times.

Marijuana less than two ounces, Main Street at Brookside Road, suspect possessed .4 ounces of marijuana.
