Harassment, 4300 block of FM 85, suspects sent alarming, annoying, harassing messages to the complainant via text messaging.

Possession of Marijuana less than two ounces, Ennis Ave @ Ennis Parkway, defendant intentionally and knowingly possessed a useable amount of marijuana having an aggregate weight of less than two ounces.

Possession of controlled substance PG less than one gram, FM 780 @ FM 660, defendant was intentionally and knowingly in possession of a controlled substance to wit: cocaine being of aggregate weight of less than one gram.

Fraud use of possession of identifying info, 100 block Hurst Circle,the suspect intentionally and knowingly used the victims social security number to obtain employment.

Tamper with identification numbers, 1100 block Brigman Road, suspect possessed manufactured enclosed cargo trailer in which the VIN # had been removed, $4,900.

Criminal Mischief, 14000 block FM 916, unknown person or persons struck complainants mail box with an unknown type blunt object,$30.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle, 1100 block Brigman Road, recovered stolen vehicle, $3,500.

Recovered stolen vehicle, Interstate Highway 35 North of FM 1446, recovered Big Tex trailer reported as stolen, had VIN numbers removed.

Theft property greater than $500, less than $1,500, 900 block Honeysuckle, suspect took complainant’s property without his consent, pot belly stove with piping, Kenmore fridge $900.

Criminal mischief greater than $50 less than $500, 8200 block Baucum Road, unknown person(s) intentionally damaged tangible property of the owner without the owner’s consent, metal mail box, $100.

Stealing receiving stolen check, 1000 block of Dividend Road, Suspect stole 10 checks from complainant and attempted to pass one at a local bank, $5.

Burglary of vehicle, 5600 block of Shiloh Forrest Drive, entered unlocked vehicle and took property without consent, a pair of gloves and tape measure, $20.

Criminal Mischief greater than $20 less than $200, 5600 Shiloh Drive, entered property without consent and caused damage.$190.

Tamper with identification numbers, Main Street, trailer had VIN number sticker removed, white trailer ,$2,500.

Theft of property greater than $1,500 less than $20K, 3400 block Black Champ, unknown suspect took complainant’s flatbed trailer $1,600.

Assault by contact, 500 Lee Street, suspect slapped complainant in the mouth during an argument, complainant did not feel pain but found the contact offensive.

Attempted burglary of a building, 800 block Link Street, unknown suspect(s) used an unknown type prying instrument to break a lock that secures a building, master lock, $30.

Assault threaten bodily injury, 200 block Rock Creek , the suspect was being aggressive towards other members of his household by acting as if he were going to strike them as well as using abusive, indecent, profane or vulgar language.

Assault causes bodily injury family violence, 9400 block Norrell Road, suspect struck complainant several times in the face.

Driving while intoxicated, South bound Interstate Highway 35 at MM 406.

Possession of controlled substance PG less than one gram, Interstate Highway 45 North bound and 257 MM, defendant was found to be in possession of a controlled substance being cocaine weighing an aggregate of less than one gram.

Driving while intoxicated, Pimlico Dr North bound side of 287 in Waxahachie.

Driving while license suspended/SR, Sterrett Road and Interstate Highway 35 E, the suspect, while under driver license suspension, operated a motor vehicle on a public roadway.

Theft property greater than $50, less than $500, 400 block Victorian Drive, unknown suspect unlawfully appropriated property belonging to another without the owner’s effective consent, $400.

Theft property greater than $1,500 less than $20K, 3700 block of Parks School House Road, unknown suspects stole two one ton commercial trash dumpsters, $9,400.
