Follow-up: Third robbery suspect caught
ENNIS – A 20-year-old Ennis man was arrested on warrants for being linked to the robbery of a 60-year-old man at gunpoint last month.
Billy Jack Reagan was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after an investigation with the Ellis County Sheriff Office identified him as the third suspect involved during the Tuesday, Oct. 11 burglary on the 41000 block of FM 1722 near Ennis.
Three men stole more than $50,000 worth of guns, jewelry, electronics and various other personal belongings from a private home.
Frank Darrel Fones III, 23, from Ennis and Daniel Aaron Anderson, 34, from Bedford, were arrested the day of the crime and charged with aggravated robbery.
All three men are currently residing at the Wayne McCollum Detention Center in Waxahachie awaiting to be heard before the Ellis County District Court.
