NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

ELLIS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ COURT

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will be held on Thursday, November 17th, 2011 at 1:30 p.m., in the Commissioners’ Courtroom, the Historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street (2^nd Floor), Waxahachie, Texas at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to-wit:

1.1 County Judge will call meeting to order, declare quorum if present, and declare notices legally posted pursuant to Open Meetings Act.

2.1 Consideration and action regarding the canvass of the November 8, 2011 Amendment Election, as required by Section 67.003 of the Texas Election Code.
