Lane closures scheduled this weekend for eastbound I-635 at I-35E

DALLAS - Weather permitting, The Texas Department of Transportation  will be closing three eastbound left lanes on LBJ (I-635) from Luna Road through the I-35E interchange. The closures will begin at 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, and continue until 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 14.

 These closures are necessary for the safety of motorists and workers while repairs are made to bridge decks, bridge approaches and bridge joints. Message boards have been placed to notify motorists in advance of the closures. Traffic congestion is expected and motorists are strongly encouraged to seek alternate routes.

 TxDOT would like to thank area drivers and local businesses for their continued patience and cooperation as crews work hard to complete this necessary bridge repair as soon, and as safely, as possible.
