Lewisville – Waste Management, Inc., the leading provider of comprehensive environmental services in North America with approximately 1,200 employees in North Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas was featured on "Undercover Boss," a new hour-long reality series airing on CBS on Sunday, Feb.7, directly following the Super Bowl.

The program follows corporate leaders from large companies as they anonymously work side-by-side with frontline employees and ultimately get an in-depth look of how their organization runs.

Larry O’Donnell, Waste Management’s chief operating officer and president, was the first executive to go undercover, cleaning portable toilets, sorting recyclables on a speeding conveyor belt and picking up roadside trash.

Employees from around the company were featured, including Syracuse, Rochester, Ft. Lauderdale and Houston.
