GLENN HEIGHTS – The Subway sandwich shop on Ovilla Road was robbed Monday, Jan. 12 and police are asking the public to help locate the suspect involved.

Glenn Heights Police Chief Phillip Mark Prasifka said the unknown suspect was caught on Subway’s security tape fleeing in a "police style vehicle," either a Ford Crown Victoria or a Mercury Gran Marquis.

The suspect, a male who had walked into the store around 10 a.m., carried a semi-automatic handgun, police said.

Prasifka said witnesses are urged to call with information in the robbery.
