Due to appointments to the county treasurer and Court at Law No. 1 positions, those spots were special elections on Nov. 4.
The regular four-year terms will be decided in 2010, meaning both will be on the ballot in two years.
Greg Wilhelm stepped down from the treasurer’s spot he won in 2006 when he was appointed to fill Bob Carroll’s judgeship on Court at Law No. 1.
Judy Burden, Wilhelm’s former legal assistant, was appointed by the county to be the new treasurer.
