The alleged LEO did NOT witness a "Crime" (Texas Trans Code 201.904, 545.351) consequently he had NO "probable cause" for the "Terry Stop". All LEOs & jurors are "Mentally Incompetent" as each is unable to make a "Legal determination" as each cannot read, write, speak or understand "legalese" - the language used by THE STATE BAR UNION MEMBERS to enslave US. Note All STATE BAR UNION MEMBERS commit fraud on the court by violating TRCP 15. Writ & Process.
Further the STATE BAR UNION MEMBERS willfully, knowingly routinely commit
"Crimes Against Peace & Humanity." Judicial misconduct allows the STATE BAR UNION MEMBERS to steal homes w/o the property being rendered for taxation.
