WAXAHACHIE – Funeral services for Judy H. Morton, 62, were held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009 in the Palmer First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Carmen Ingram officiating.
Born June 17, 1947 in Corsicana, the daughter of Loyd R. and Virgie Vaughn Hollifeild, she passed away Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009.
She is survived by her husband James D. Morton; son Loyd Dauglas Morton; daughters Pamela Lee Davis and Jolee Ann Morton; sister Juanita Putman; grandchildren Cody D. Turner, Cheyenne Turner, Leah Reif, Elizabeth Reif, Steven Reif, Christopher J. Morton, Robert D. Morton, Wesley Nava, Ashley Nava and Enrique Nava; and great-grandchildren Gabby and Alileah.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made at Waxahachie Funeral Home to help cover the family funeral expenses.
Interment followed in the Younger Cemetery, located 12 miles west of Corsicana under the direction of Waxahachie Funeral Home.
