RED OAK - Funeral services for Ronald Michael Berlin, 54 of Red Oak, were held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 6, 2009 in the Midlothian Bible Church with Dr. Dave Wyrtzen and Rev. Tim Wallace officiating.

Born Aug. 16, 1955 in Highland Park, Mich., the son of Donna Mae (Bock) and Marvin Carl Berlin, he passed away from a battle with cancer Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009.

Ronald was a sports fan and avid runner. He was a graduate of Ambassador College in Big Sandy with a degree in Communications. He worked in Metal Fabricating Machinery Sales at Capital Machinery in Dallas.

He is survived by his wife Honee Berlin; daughter Elyse Berlin of Red Oak; sons Kyle Berlin of Irving and Travis Berlin of Red Oak; brother Thomas Berlin and his wife Evelyn of Troy, Mich.; father Marvin Berlin of Gladwin, Mich.; numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Compassion International 12290 Voyage Parkway, Colorado Springs, CO 80921.
