Ferris Council approved a $28,000 upgrade to the library construction project Monday, Aug. 2. The upgrade, recommended by City Manger Eric Strong, will have the new library built entirely out of bricks, helping the appearance and overall longevity of the building to serve the community for many years to come. Strong reported the steel beams are up (pictured) and construction is coming along well.
