Ferris receives $100K grant

Representatives from Ferris including Councilman Gary Ross, Mayor Rick Barrett & Main Street Economic Director Chuck Dart  and president and vice presidents of the FSA Randy Fagan and Joe Perez receive a $100,000 check from the Baseball of Tomorrow Fund handed to them by Texas Ranger Mitch Moreland along with two other groups, at the Saturday, July 23 Texas Rangers Game at the Ballpark in Arlington. The funds will be used for material renovations at Mutz Field in Ferris.
