FERRIS - Members of the Lady Yellow Jackets Basketball team of 1982 and 1983 reunited Friday evening at the new high school for a catered dinner and recognition.
After a delicious dinner catered by Bea’s Café, members of both teams were individually recognized on stage and presented with a rose and a certificate.
The ladies traveled in from as far away as California.
After dinner, they were given a tour of the new high school led by Coach Buck, the mastermind behind the event, before slicing into a beautiful sheet cake decorated with pictures of both teams.
