FERRIS - After hosting the peewee play-offs last year, the Ferris C team traveled to Hubbard this past Saturday to play for a chance to advance to this year’s peewee football Superbowl.
Although the day dawned blustery and cold, the Ferris C team was fiery hot as they blazed their way past Palmer 14-7 to advance to this weekend’s Superbowl.
This year the Superbowl will be held in Ferris Saturday, Nov. 22, at the Ferris Yellow Jackets Stadium.
The C teams, Scurry vs. Ferris, will play at 10 a.m. followed by the B teams, Palmer vs. Scurry, at 12 p.m., and the A teams, Rice vs. Palmer, will play at 2 p.m.
