ROISD plans mock disaster drill May 13

The Red Oak Independent School District Police Department, in cooperation with the Red Oak and Glenn Heights Fire-Rescue, Police Departments, and many surrounding Emergency Responders will be activating the districts emergency operations plan in a full scale mock disaster drill.

The drill will take place at approximately 9:30 a.m. on May 13, at Donald T. Shields Elementary School, 223 W. Ovilla Road, Glenn Heights, Texas.

Students, teachers, staff, and parents will be participants during this drill. Incident command will be a unified command by Red Oak ISD Administration, Red Oak ISD Police, Red Oak Fire-Rescue and Glenn Heights Police.
