FERRIS - Officer Larell D. Tolbert Jr. "is no longer with us[Ferris Police Department]", said Police Chief Sam Love on Tuesday, April 5.
Tolbert had been with Ferris Police since November 2007.
Love didn't cite a reason for his new unemployment status other than, "I wouldn't use the term fired, he is just no longer with us."
