'A True Public Servant' honored by friends, family

‘True Public Servant’ Chief Deputy Charles Sullins, of the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office, was presented with a cake to commemorate his 65th birthday as well as 44 years of service to the law enforcement community during his retirement reception on Wednesday, March 23 at the Historic Ellis County Courthouse located in downtown Waxahachie. Friends and family gathered for a friendly "roast" and look back on his career. Sullins last day in office was Friday, March 25.
