Public Meeting Scheduled to Discuss Public Transit Needs

The Texas Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting for elderly individuals and individuals with disabilities who require public transportation services in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Kaufman, Navarro and Rockwall Counties.

The public meeting will be held Wednesday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to noon, at the TxDOT Dallas District headquarters located at 4777 E. Highway 80 in Mesquite.

The meeting will serve to educate citizens about available services and as a forum to gather comments from those who use this valuable service.
