Cecil Bernard "Artist to the Stars", from Atlanta, will be Rosa Parks/Millbrook’s special presenter and guest for their Spirit Day tomorrow morning, Friday, March 25, at 8:00 a.m.  He will also unveil the art work "Trees". Mr. Bernard, along with Mrs. Julie Young (Rosa Parks/Millbrook Art Teacher and Sponsor), worked on “Trees” with the students of the Rosa Parks/Millbrook Art Club.
