Fatal wreck on Interstate Highway 45

FERRIS - Longtime Resident Morris Fagan, 55, was killed in a wreck near the Dallas County Line exiting Interstate Highway 45 Thursday, Jan. 20.

Brian Fagan, son, is still said to be in intensive care with broken ribs and vertebrae according to reports.

The driver, Derek Johnson, son of Mickey Johnson, is rumored to have been high on methamphetamine and suffered a broken leg in the crash.

"We only assisted in the wreck since it was in Dallas County," said Ferris Police Chief Same Love.

Dallas County Sheriff’s Department still has an ongoing investigation and the exact cause is unknown.

This is Derek Johnson, if you are a credible news source then check with me. I still have nightmares even though I wasn't driving. High on drugs is like you said rumored. It's people like y'all and a town like this that proves the reason there is no growth. I lost a friend and another is hurt and none of you anonymous suckers have a clue, so to all my family and supporters of my family thank you.
