2 killed in Midlothian plane crash

MIDLOTHIAN- A small plane crashed near Shiloh Road about 10:45 this morning, killing its pilot, Jim Polewshak and an unidentified 58 year old male passenger.
For the past 1½ years Jim has served on the airport board at Mid-Way Regional Airport , jointly owned by the cities of Midlothian and Waxahachie.
Polewshak and his wife were residents of Midlothian’s Eagle’s Nest subdivision according to Midlothian City Manager Don Hastings.
