This Christmas, the staff and partners of Petmate collected more than 3,600 pounds of food and additional items to help the 79 dogs and 57 cats in the area served through the Ani-Meals program. Ani-Meals is one of the special services provided by Meals-on-Wheels of Johnson and Ellis Counties to homebound seniors and disabled people in local communities. Volunteers deliver donated dog and cat food to Meals-on-Wheels recipients in their community, once a month.
