The events begin at 10 a.m. on the Historic Town Square with "2nd Saturday on the Square" running until 4 p.m. featuring music, food, vendors for your holiday shopping and Santa available for pictures from 12-2 p.m. The parade will line up just south of the Square on Centre Street beginning at 3 p.m., with judging at 4 p.m. and marching off at 5 p.m.

Organizers said the parade will proceed north along Dallas Ave (Highway 342) to the Lancaster Recreation Center where more fun and games await from 6 - 8 p.m. including a tree lighting, video games, a special visit from Santa Claus, storytelling from Mrs. Claus, live entertainment and a visit to Santa's workshop.
