ELLIS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ COURT
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will be held on Monday, November 15th, 2010 at 9:00 a.m., in the Commissioners’ Courtroom, the Historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street (2nd Floor), Waxahachie, Texas at which time the following will be discussed and considered, to-wit:

2. ELECTIONS
2.1 Consideration and action regarding the canvass of the general election for federal, state, county and precinct offices held on November 2, 2010, as required by Section 67.003 of the Texas Election Code.

2.2 Consideration and action regarding the canvass of the City of Palmer Local Option Election held on November 2, 2010, as required by Section 67.003 of the Texas Election Code.

3. ADMINISTRATIVE
3.1 Consideration and action to authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents relating to the conveyance of the property on which the parking garage is located at Jackson and Jefferson Streets in Waxahachie, Texas, to the city of Waxahachie for the consideration of $347,500.00.

3.2 Consideration and action to approve an agreement between Ellis County and TROTT Communications Group, Inc. for services of an independent engineering consultant to accomplish tasks related to the conversion from an existing wide band VHF, to a narrow band P25 Compatible radio system for a price up to, but not to exceed $49,000. TROTT is to specify the necessary equipment needed, assist the county in acquiring and reviewing bids, overseeing implementation and performance testing of the installed system, to be implemented and operational prior to January 1, 2013.
