Waxahachie police on alert for sexual assault victim

The city of Waxahachie and the Waxahachie Police Department are seeking your help.

A 911 call came in  9:20 a.m. Tuesday, Oct.12 from a victim of sexually assault while exercising in the morning on the trail.

The victim has described the attacker as a while male, late 30s to early 40s, 5’ 11”, shaved head, physically fit, prominent nose, and  wearing a t-shirt with lettering referencing a softball tournament and jeans.

Any persons that may have been on the trail Tuesday morning and may have seen or heard anything are encouraged to call the Waxahachie Police Department at 972-937-7330.
