NOTICE TO VENDORS INVITATIONS FOR PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that the Ferris Independent School District, acting by and through the governing board, will accept proposals for catalog or inventory lists prices, plus discounts, if applicable, Athletic Supplies and Materials for all sports, A/C supplies and service, Electrical and Plumbing supplies and service, Vehicle parts and service, Instructional and Office Supplies and other Contracted Services used by the School District. These proposals will be for the fiscal year beginning September 1, 2014 and ending August 31, 2015.
Proposals will be accepted at the Ferris ISD Administration Office located at 301 E. 5th Street in Ferris Texas until 4:00 P.M., August 8, 2014. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals deemed not in the best interest of the District. Monday through Thursday.
By responding to this letter you will be assured of placement on the Ferris ISD schools approved vendor list for the 2014-2015 school year. Failure to respond in writing to this proposal by the deadline will cause Ferris ISD to limit according to statute the amount of business transacted during the time period in the proposal request.
