NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:

The City of Wilmer, Texas proposes in institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territories, to-wit:

(Iglesia El Camino) 4801 South IH45 (1)

Being out of the W.W. Harvin Survey, Abstract No. 602, a being a part of that 65.87 acre tract of land conveyed to J.L. Lloyd by Esley Patterson et al by deed dated October 30, 1918, recorded in Volume 757, Page 443, Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas, and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of New Highway No. 75, South 60° West 839.43 feet from the Northeast corner of the W.W. Harvin Survey, Abstract No. 602, said Point of Beginning being on a curve having a central angle of 3° 15’ and a radius of 11,609.15 feet;

THENCE Southerly on said curve to the left, 279.0 feet to corner;

THENCE South 63° 50’ West, 564.67 feet to corner;

Being all of that certain lot tract or parcel of land situated in Dallas County, Texas, and being out of the Wesley Hardin Survey Abstract No 602 Dallas County, Texas, and being the same tract of land conveyed to Affordable Golf Cars, Inc. Recorded in volume 96111 page 02494 of the Deed records of Dallas County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows.

Beginning at a ½ inch iron rod found at the southwest corner of said Affordable Golf Cars, Inc. tract and the south corner of a tract of land conveyed to Lee C. Groves and wife Dorothy A. Groves recorded in volume 84143 page 4225 of the deed records of Dallas County, Texas, same corner lying in the Northeast line of IH 45 (303 foot right-of-way).

THENCE North 64 degrees 30 minutes 49 seconds East along the South line of said Groves Tract. A distance of 541.97 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set at the Northeast corner of said Groves Tract. Said corner also lying in the Southwest line of Goode Road (40 feet right-of-way).
